About Harrogate Reflexology

Welcome to Harrogate Reflexology. 

As a long term firm believer in the positive effects of complementary therapies, I gained much benefit from Reflexology sessions whilst working in a high pressure sales position. With the fast pace of life today, whether you are working in a demanding occupation, juggling the logistics of raising a family, trying to start a family or managing an illness, it is important to take the time to balance your mind, body and spirit.  

Stress can manifest itself in many ways causing illness and physical and emotional problems. It is essential to dissipate its effects as we go along and Reflexology is an excellent therapy to help you do just that, helping to balance your body’s mechanisms and free your mind up to work more effectively. The importance of a healthy diet and regular exercise also cannot be underestimated.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council , I am passionate about helping people to de-stress and function to their maximum potential.

I also work part time as a Volunteer Complementary Therapist at St Michaels Hospice in Harrogate.

After an initial consultation lasting 1 hour 15 minutes ongoing treatments last for 1 hour. I recommend for maximum benefit a course of 6 weekly treatments after which some people like to book in for a monthly maintenance session. However if you are purely looking to experience one session of Reflexology, much benefit can be gained.

What to Wear

Treatments are given fully clothed except with the removal of shoes and socks and trouser leg slightly rolled up.

Appointment Times

Please arrive on time or a few minutes before your appointment time as I wish to get the most out of your treatment and I may have to cut the session short if you are late.

Cancellations

I do not operate a policy for cancellations and therefore ask you to let me know as soon as possible if you have to cancel as my time can then be offered to another person.

Prices/Payment

£35 for initial consultation (1hr 15mins).

£30 for ongoing treatments (1hr).

£5 discount off one treatment as a thank you for recommending Harrogate Reflexology to a friend!
